Thank you for choosing our homeopathic services for your healthcare needs. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we abide by the following cancellation policy.

Late Appointments

If you anticipate arriving late for your scheduled Telehealth appointment, please notify Lana as soon as possible. To facilitate this, we have instituted a 15-minute grace period in which you may show up to your scheduled telehealth appointment without penalty. While we endeavor to accommodate late arrivals, it's imperative to respect the appointments scheduled after yours. 

Should you arrive within this grace period and provide advance notice of your delay, we will make every effort to adjust your session accordingly. However, if you arrive later than 15 minutes without prior notification, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. We appreciate your adherence to these policies, as they are crucial for maintaining the efficiency and fairness of our appointment scheduling process. Should you have any inquiries or require further clarification on our late policy, please do not hesitate to contact Lana. 

Cancellations or Rescheduling

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be in need of services. Cancellations or reschedules without at least 24 hours notice will result in a missed appointment. Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments. The time reserved for your session is valuable, and missed appointments disrupt our ability to provide timely care to other clients. Therefore, we kindly ask for your understanding and commitment to attending your scheduled appointments.

We understand that emergencies can happen unexpectedly. In case of emergencies such as sudden illness, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from attending your scheduled Telehealth appointment, please contact Lana as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your situation and reschedule your appointment without penalty.

Repeated Cancellations

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future appointment scheduling. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to our cancellation policy.
